If you are looking for the best restaurants in Tahlia Riyadh then you have just landed on a jackpot. Thalia Street is popular for its great weekend vibes and tons of food options.
But with so many options you can get confused and one wrong decision can ruin your whole weekend.
BUT
I am not going to let that happen. I have tried almost every restaurant in Thailia Street Riyadh and I know a thing or two about what good food really is.
So if you are looking for those giant stacked burgers or some Lebanese grills and maybe even some sweet deserts this spot has it all.
HUNGRY YET?
Let’s explore these top restaurants so you can plan your next weekend.
1. Century Burger Tahlia Street Riyadh
If you are looking for a burger restaurant at Tahlia Street Riyadh then Century Burger is your next stop. This is a casual burger spot that’s not too fancy or formal and is perfect for a quick snack or dinner with your squad.
The vibe and ambiance here are super chill with both indoor and outdoor dining options (I would go with the outdoors).
For the inside the restaurant has a great combination of brown and grey tones which makes the place super modern and minimalist.
AND IT’S FRESH TOO!
Well, not exactly healthy food but their ceilings have plants handing from them which gives it a natural and laid back feel.
On the menu side, they have a huge variety. If you are looking for chicken or beef burgers you will get those here but that’s just the start.
They have some really refreshing salads along with diet burgers for my health-conscious friends out there.
Don’t forget to try their amazing appetizers like the buffalo wings which were my favorite and also those sloppy style fries which are unique and full of cheese.
Must-Try Dishes
If you love well-cooked and seasoned burgers then their beef burgers are for you. While I couldn’t try the whole menu I would recommend these dishes to people visiting for the first time:
- The Original CB Burger (SAR 35)
- Richy Truffle Burger (SAR 36)
- Sloppy Style Fries (SAR 29)
- Bang Bang Shrimp (SAR 33)
Service and Food
I was really impressed with the staff. Even though the place was full the staff greeted me warmly and seated me. They are quick on their feet and you won’t be waiting for hours to get your food. If you need help deciding the perfect burger they won’t hesitate to help you out.
This place has become my favorite in Tahlia and I would come back here for the rest of those amazing burgers soon.
2. Al Kofeia Middle Eastern Restaurant At Tahlia Street
This restaurant at Tahlia is famous for its authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern Cuisine. The restaurant is a combination of traditional and cozy seating which is ideal for family dinners or a nice calm dine-out with your girlfriend.
The restaurant has a huge space with three floors dedicated to dining and a large number of staff. The inside of the restaurant is something that impressed me a lot.
The handwoven silks hanging around transport you to a nostalgic Arabian setting.
Al Kofeia has almost every Middle Eastern dish on its menu whether you are looking for meat grills, hummus, Meat Mahashi, or something healthy like a Beetroot salad you will find it right here.
BUT
That’s not it. For those dessert lovers, they have the famous Om Ali along with Crepe and Lotus Cake.
That’s a lot of variety under three roofs, isn’t it?
Must-Try Dishes
If you are someone who loves traditional and authentic food then you must visit this place. The menu is really detailed so it would take you a few visits to catch up on the menu.
I tried many dishes but you know some dishes always stand out and for Al Kofeia these were:
- Grape Leaves with Meat Shank (72.0 SR)
- Lamb Neck Meat Mahashi (62.0 SR)
- Sheeshbrak (57.0 SR)
- Beiruti Hummus (25.0 SR)
- Meat Mix Grill (95.0 SR)
Service and Food
While the food was delicious I did notice that the restaurant being too had some hygiene problems. I could see a few mosquitoes and flies going around but after complaining they were taken care of.
They also had quite a delay before taking my order which was disappointing but the quality of food definitely compensated for that.
The hummus was creamy and delicious and the meat shank was right on the point. The Om Ali was topped with nuts and had a nice milky flavor to it.
Overall apart from the service and minor hygiene issues, the restaurant was a great experience.
3. The Butcher Shop & Grill – A Meat Lover’s Paradise
If you love all things meaty then this place at Tahlia is your next destination. The Butcher Shop & Grill offers a variety of meat dishes including steaks, lamb chops, and ribs.

The restaurant also has a raw meat section where you can choose your own meat for your steak or just take some fresh meat home.
They also have an open butchery section where you can watch those pro cooks cut meat for your delicious steak.
You can think of this restaurant as a modern place with a touch of rustic charm, perfect for dining out with friends, family, and your guests.
Must-Try Dishes
They are famous for their juicy, tender, and well-seasoned steaks and you will have those sauces all over your beard or table when you are done.
Let me help you choose the best dishes so you don’t go through trial and error.
Wagyu Ribeye Steak: if you want a steak that is not chewy then this one is for you. It is soft, and marbling which gives it a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Beef Short Ribs: who doesn’t love smokey dishes? That taste of grill is something I love and this steak does that perfectly. They were fall-off-the-bone tender!
Grilled Lamb Chops: I love lamb chops but these are from another world. These are juicy and flavorful and their special sauce makes them even more better. The grilled lamb chops had a fantastic char on the outside while staying perfectly tender inside.
4. Diamond Chinese Restaurant
Who doesn’t enjoy an exclusive and premium setting for a night out?
AND
That too with sushi and other Asian dishes. That’s a dream come true for sure.
BUT
That’s not all, how about a private dining space all to yourself?
The good news is you can get all this in Diamond which is a Chinese restaurant in Tahlia Street Riyadh.
When I walked into this place I was a bit confused if I was actually walking into a restaurant or a private party. As soon as you step in, the dim lighting, highlighted by purple and blue hues sets a cool, mysterious vibe.
If you are someone who wants to eat out without being disturbed by the loud noises you can opt for their private booths for dining. They are spacious and can accommodate 10 – 12 people and also have a TV.
What more could one ask for?
If you want to try some authentic Chinese flavors then start off with their soup section and you won’t be disappointed.
And bonus
They start your meal off right with complimentary chips, which is always a win!

This restaurant has got a super cool and unique outdoor dining with wooden beams covered in grass.
yeah, grass on the roof!
And if you are with your family you get a whole family section to keep your privacy.
Al Reef Al Lebnani might seem like a top-notch and modern restaurant but to add that touch of tradition they have some old clay walls around the place to make it look and feel old school.
