Riyadh – May 18, 2025
The capital of Saudi Arabia sparkled this weekend as Jewels of the World 2025, the Kingdom’s largest luxury jewelry and watch exhibition, returned to Riyadh in a dazzling showcase of international and regional brands.
Held at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Hotel, the Riyadh edition of the exhibition ran from May 16 to 19, welcoming more than 60 brands from across the globe, including Bil Arabi, Yoko London, Scavia, and FerriFirenze.
A Celebration of Craftsmanship and Culture
Visitors explored stunning pieces ranging from everyday elegance to intricate bridal sets, with many collections making their debut in Saudi Arabia.
The event also featured regional talent, such as Saudi designer Renad Al-Amoudi, who presented her Marque Legacy collection inspired by the flora of the Saudi desert.
Organizers say the exhibition is more than a marketplace.
“It’s a platform to highlight creativity, connect cultures, and introduce the latest in high-end jewelry and watches,” said Nader Freiha, Director of Jewels of the World.
He described this year’s show as “the result of a journey that began in 2016,” with Saudi Arabia now emerging as a hub for discerning jewelry buyers.
Dual-Season Format Across Four Cities
Unlike previous years, Jewels of the World 2025 follows a two-season format across four Saudi cities:
- Spring Season:
- Dhahran Expo: May 9–12
- Riyadh (Mandarin Oriental): May 16–19
- Winter Season:
- Riyadh (Four Seasons): October 3–7
- Jeddah (Hilton Hotel): October 11–14
This expanded schedule allows more visitors across the Kingdom to access the exhibition and explore rare and exclusive pieces firsthand.
VIP Experiences and Bridal Glamour
For those seeking a private luxury experience, VIP treatment is available, including exclusive access to limited-edition jewelry and timepieces in an intimate setting.
Brides-to-be were also among the crowd, looking for one-of-a-kind pieces to complete their wedding looks.
“Jewels of the World is not just about shopping — it’s about inspiration, personal style, and self-expression,” said Ahmed Al-Shirazi, director at SJC Saudi Arabia.
Supporting Local Economy and Global Exposure
According to Nezar Mukhtar from the Saudi Chambers Federation, hosting such events boosts the national economy and reflects the evolving taste of Saudi consumers.
“Saudi clients today seek not only quality but also individuality in design,” he said.
With Riyadh’s growing reputation as a destination for global events and high-end retail, Jewels of the World 2025 adds another brilliant chapter to the city’s cultural and commercial growth.
